Do you have a special thank you or message to share with one of our pastors?
If so, this Sunday is the PERFECT time to honor them. Join us this Sunday for a very special appreciation breakfast. There will be a special box provided at Tower Café to collect cards, letters, etc., for our pastors! While you are there, sit down and enjoy a bountiful breakfast with your First Church family. Breakfast will include a casserole, fruit and celebration cupcakes!
During the month of October (Pastor Appreciation Month) encourage our pastors by assuring them of your prayers and love.

Have you ever felt like you want to pray, but can’t focus, or have difficulty finding the right words? Maybe you are looking for some different ways to focus on God. Well, starting October 23, there will be a new small group offered on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm, called “Praying in Color.”
This will be an opportunity to come together both to PRAY and to PLAY as the group explores creative ways to focus on growing closer to God, through color, doodling, breathing, walking and resting. Don’t worry - you do not have to be a creative GENIUS… just have an open heart and a desire to grow in your relationship with God.
