| Description: | We will begin Senior Chair Yoga on Friday, February 2nd, at 12:00 noon. The class will last one hour. This class is designed for anyone that cannot get up and down from a mat. We will sit in a chair and do Yoga. If you have the need to move more, you will love this class. Donations only! Tina McLean RYT will be the teacher. No pretzel moves! |
