We need and want your input!  If you’ve been a lifelong member we want you.  If you are attending and participating in worship, service, or learning groups we want you.
 
The Vision Workshop is an opportunity for you to help us see and form our vision.
 
Ed Fenstermacher will lead our process.  The vision discovery and creation process involves looking where there is a convergence of three (3) key areas:

1. The church’s leadership’s passion around the mission
2. The church’s strengths, gifts, passions, and assets
3. The needs, opportunities and strengths of the community

Our four teams from the core values workshop will give this input.
 
The data, insights and information at the intersection of the three above areas will be given to a team led by Pastor Rick who will then construct a one to two paragraph vision statement for our church.

In June our Church Council will receive the vision statement and move through an adoption and ratification process to finalize our church’s vision.
